Notice is hereby given that Daniel Blackman, Democratic candidate for Public Service Commissioner District 3, has been disqualified from seeking the nomination for office in the June 17, 2025 Special Primary. As required by O.C.G.A. 21-2-5(c), “all votes cast for such candidate(s) shall be void and shall not be counted.”
